Cool & Quirky Pop Up Events are a small charitable organisation based in Ecclesall, Sheffield. We curate Unique, Not-to-be-Missed
Pop-Up Shopping Events & Fun Days in South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire, and there is always so much more to see and do!
We exist to help raise funds and awareness for truly deserving local causes that rely on donations
from people like us in order to survive and continue their important work.
It's all about creating an unforgettable experience for both our stall-holders and their customers.
We carefully select our traders in order to offer an eclectic mix of cool and quirky stalls
that are sell truly amazing items you simply won't find on the High Street.
Our Events are famous for being warm and welcoming, and you won't find a friendlier
bunch of stall holders and helpers, wherever you go!
Wherever possible, are venues are dog-friendly as we organise family events
and know that dogs are very much part of the family!
We are real! Please don't pay for bogus stalls from unscrupulous individuals!
Always contact the venue if you feel an event could be spurious.

We charge £25 per 6ft space and £45 for a 12 ft space. All events are indoor unless it states with tables and chairs are usually included in the price. You may bring your own rails or tables if you wish, providing the fit into the space you have booked and please mention this on your application form!
Outside Gazebo space is available at the Bakewell ABC only - £45 per 3x3m pitch. You must provide your own gazebo and weights.
We have just added 8 dates at the prestigious Bakewell Agricultural Centre, and 5 dates at the amazing Niagara Conference Centre in Sheffield. Do not miss our Autumn Spectacular at Bakewell Agricultural Centre on Sunday, 29th of September and at the Niagara Conference Centre on Sunday 17th November for our Early Bird Christmas Fair!
Bakewell ABC
We have 60+ amazing Craft, Food, Gift & Vintage Stalls at this spacious indoor venue plus fun activities, charity stalls, competitions and the appearance of a very special magical guest! We will be choosing our "Dogs of the Day" and awarding prizes. and there are some fabulous prizes to be won in our Raffle, which supports local animal charities. We allocate 3 FREE tables to local charities, so if you support a good cause and wish to help their fund=raising efforts, let us know! Email Us!
There will be a children's Treasure Hunt which involves collecting tokens from various stalls and there's a prize for everyone who completes the task! And don't forget the children's colouring competition- ages 0 -13 may take part! Click here to download the picture!
We're looking for singers, musicians and street performers to keep us entertained throughout the day, so again get in touch if you'd like to put on a performance for our visitors and showcase your talent & make some money! Email Us!
Niagara Conference Centre
We have 30 unique Craft, Food, Gift & Vintage stalls at this spacious, all-door event plus lots of fun activities! For 2 dates in 2025, we will be holding a Spring & Summer Extravaganza in the gigantic marquee, with room for 60+ stalls for local businesses to showcase their products and amazing makes! At the Niagara, there is a bar and hot drinks are available all day, together with hot roast sandwiches.

The Garrison Hotel
Our latest venue - an all-indoor event. Plenty of lovely Christmassy Stalls to browse, plus our fabulous and FREE Children's Activities! We are there over 2 days and stalls will be different on both days, so you might want to visit twice! Find us in the Beautiful Garrison Suite!
