Event Booking Form

Please fill in the form below to apply for a stall with us. We will check your application before offering you a place to avoid stall duplication. To secure your booking, once approved, we will request payment and provide BACS details. Stalls may be paid for in full at the time of booking or secured with a £10 deposit with the balance payable no later than 14 days prior to the event. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you will receive a full refund and if we need to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund.

All stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance, valid on the date of any event you attend.

We operate family-friendly, dog-friendly events with easy disabled access and facilities. We will be selling Raffle Tickets tickets in support of the Chesterfield & North Derbyshire RSPCA and ask all Stallholders to provide a small raffle prize, but this is completely optional and does not affect your booking status.
