Trader Information

All our events are dog-friendly and family-friendly.  We welcome enquiries from all types of stall holders and avoid stall duplication so we can  offer an amazing customer experience.  We advertise and promote our events diligently - we want to build up our existing stall holder family and the best way to do this is by making sure our events are well-attended, commercially successful and fun!

Whether you are a seasoned trader or a newbie just starting out, we promise you a friendly atmosphere. a well-organised event and the opportunity to build your business.  Our success depends on happy traders and satisfied customers and this is our USP.

We accept applications from crafters, artisans. commercial traders, vinyl sellers. vintage sellers etc. and we would love to hear from you!

As stall holders ourselves, we know it's not ideal to have to pay for all your events in advance, so we offer the choice of paying in full at the time of booking, or paying a £10 deposit per 6ft table, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event.  If you cancel within 14 days of the event you will receive a full refund.  Should we need to cancel for whatever reason, again you will receive 100% refund of all monies paid.

We send out payment information (via BACS) after reviewing your application form, and following that a receipt of deposit/payment. Your booking is not confirmed until deposit/payment is received. We then confirm your booking.

Instead of a discount on multiple bookings, we have reduced the price for ALL bookings! A 6ft space is now £25 (instead of of £35 and a 12ft space is £45 (instead of £60).

All tables and chairs are provided.  If you wish to bring your own table(s), you may do so but this will not affect the price, and we ask that you inform us for planning purposes. You will need to provide your own table cover(s).

If you wish to bring banners, stands or rails, they will be permitted providing they fit into the space you have booked.  if we have additional space available, items may be added at the organiser's discretion but this must be agreed in writing.  We will do our best to accommodate you!

Please list all the items you wish to sell on the booking form.  If you bring stock that you haven't listed which is similar to another trader's, you may be asked to remove it. 

We send out a stallholder pack 2 weeks prior to every event with unloading information, parking information and passes when 

used, wifi details and floor plan.  

All stalls are inside, but if you wish to bring your own gazebo to  trade outside at the front of the ABC, this can be arranged, subject to availability and in agreement with the organiser.

Baslow Village Hall- 2024 - NOW FULL

 

Please note! We are completely full for stalls for our August 25th Event & November 24th Events at Baslow Village Hall but you may still apply to go on the cancellation list.

 

We consider all bespoke, vintage and commercial items, provided they are of high quality and preferably fit our brand which is Cool & Quirky!

There is plenty of parking outside ALL our venues for traders & visitors.

Set up is from 8.30am at Baslow VH and from 9am at Bakewell ABC & Niagara CC

All stallholders must provide their Public Liability Insurance details at the time of booking or within 7 days prior to all events. A deposit of £10 per table will be required and all due balances must be paid no less than 14 days prior to the Event.

We are supporting  and will be selling raffle tickets, so ask all stall-holders for a small raffle prize, for which they will be credited on Social Media & in our press advertising.

We will also promote your products and stall in our social media, press advertising and on this website once you have booked!
