If you would like to apply for a stall at one of our events at Baslow Village Hall, please note that there are 4 sizes of table = subject to availability and whilst tables and chairs are provided, you will need to bring your own table coverings.  If you prefer to bring your own table(s), please contact the organiser by clicking HERE. This doesn't affect the price as you are paying for floorspace.

We will consider both bespoke and commercial items, provided they are of superb quality and preferably fit our brand which is Cool & Quirky!

There are a number of free parking spaces outside the Hall, as well as ample reasonably-priced visitor parking.  We have space for a minimum of 20 stalls and the table sizes and prices are as follows:

5ft 4" Table - £22.50

6ft Table - £25.00

8ft Table - £27.50

12ft Table - £40 (Only 1 per event permitted)

Set up is from 8.30 and we would hope the Hall will be vacated by 4.30pm.

All stallholders must provide their Public Liability Insurance details at the time of booking or within 7 days prior to all events. A deposit of £10 per table will be required and all due balances must be paid no less than 14 days prior to the Event.

We are supporting Chesterfield & North Derbyshire RSPCA and will be selling raffle tickets, so ask all stall-holders for a small raffle prize, for which they will be credited on Social Media & in our press advertising.

We will also promote your products and stall in our social media, press advertising and on this website once you have booked!
